Two days. Five areas of Shaolin Chan Arts practice. Plenty of space for your own training.
At Shaolin Chan Arts we combine Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Taijiquan, Yong Fa as well as Chan & philosophy into two versatile practice days. You can discover something new, deepen what you already know and work specifically at your own training level.
Alongside shared inputs and exercises, there is deliberate space for individual training, personal corrections and questions. This allows you to practise at your own level regardless of your previous experience.
Each date sets new accents. The concrete exercises, forms and themes also depend on the group and its training level. This makes the format suitable both as an introduction and for regular deepening.

Alongside shared practice we offer background and theory and take time for individual questions and corrections. Each date sets different accents and deepens selected exercises or sets.

Chan & Philosophy – Meditation, Practice & Background
What does Chan mean in practice, and how can its teachings accompany us in everyday life?
Late on Sunday afternoon we turn to inner practice. Selected impulses from Chan and Buddhist philosophy are combined with guided meditation, shared sitting and time for questions and exchange. We explore backgrounds, key concepts and their meaning for your own practice and everyday life. This workshop can be attended independently of the rest of the programme. No prior knowledge of martial arts or meditation is required.

We deliberately train in a small group with a maximum of 12–16 participants per workshop, so there is enough space for personal guidance and different training levels. For the Chan & Philosophy workshop, up to 25 participants are possible.
