Shaolin Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Taijiquan & Meditation
We teach a comprehensive approach grounded in the various Shaolin arts and offer long-term support through retreats, workshops, and our online academy. Our methodology is tailored to age and level of each individual. At the center stands Chan – meditation. Not only as a practice, but as a state of being. A state that we cultivate within the different arts and integrate pragmatically into everyday life. Altogether, this path leads to greater health, contentment, and clarity in how we relate to ourselves and others.

Retreats
Our retreats offer the opportunity to immerse yourself deeply in the practice of the Shaolin arts for several days. In a calm, communal environment, we combine Kung Fu training with meditation, Qi Gong, and Taijiquan. These longer periods of practice allow for a deeper experience and lasting development.
Chan Mentoring
Buddhist mentoring combines meditation, reflection, and practical impulses. The aim is to foster inner clarity and open up new perspectives in everyday life. Guided meditation leads naturally into conversation, in which deeper aspects, thoughts and emotions become visible and new perspectives emerge.


About Us
We are long-time practitioners of the Shaolin arts. We pass on our experience in Kung Fu, meditation, Qi Gong, Taijiquan, and Sanda as a well-founded practice that strengthens both body and mind. Our approach is based on ancient traditions and shows how they can come alive in everyday life today.
