Full-Day Seminar: Taijiquan for Beginners and Advanced Practitioners
Taijiquan is a Chinese movement art that naturally integrates strength, balance, and awareness. The soft, flowing movements cultivate stability and calm — in both body and mind.
The seminar provides space to learn the fundamental principles of Taijiquan or deepen existing knowledge. Participants will explore the Ba Fa (the eight fundamental movement principles), foundational exercises, and the 8-form. Key aspects include body structure, weight transfer, breath guidance, and internal connection. Simple partner exercises and applications help make the principles directly tangible.
Open to beginners and advanced practitioners. Individualized guidance enables learning at one’s own level — with time for personal corrections, precise practice, and deepening of one’s own Taijiquan path.
