Full-Day Seminar: Qi Gong & Chan Meditation
The Qi Gong of the ‘Five Animals’ (Wu Qin Xi) is one of the oldest known exercise systems in China. Inspired by the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane, it naturally promotes mobility, strength, and inner calm. Each movement integrates body awareness, breathing, and mindfulness.
Additionally, there will be an introduction to Chan meditation – the practice of quiet, wakeful presence. A systematic approach for developing and deepening one’s meditation practice.
This full-day seminar provides space to immerse yourself in the connection of movement and stillness. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Those with prior experience will receive guidance for individual practice and refinement.
