Full-Day Seminar: Introduction to the Shaolin Arts
Shaolin Kung Fu, known from the monastery of the same name in China, unites movement, mindfulness, and inner stillness into a holistic training path. The practice strengthens the body and calms the mind, offering access to something far beyond technique alone.
This full-day seminar introduces core Shaolin Kung Fu training methods as well as elements from other arts such as Taijiquan and Sanda. The goal is to synchronize body, breath, and mind while gaining insight into the principles of the Shaolin tradition.
The seminar is suitable for beginners wanting to gather first experiences, as well as experienced practitioners using the day as intensive practice time. There is ample room for personalized corrections, work on forms (taolu), individual practice, and self-study.
